After serving over eight years in the United States Navy, I moved from my last Naval homeport in Maine to Mid-Missouri with my wife Mary and our four sons. In 2006, I became a REALTOR® and soon after joined the team at House of Brokers Realty.
A guiding philosophy for my business and my life is to treat others the way I would want to be treated: with the highest level of knowledge, integrity, and service.
Throughout my career, I've helped clients purchase and sell nearly 1000 homes in central Missouri, and in 2017 I was honored to be selected as the Columbia Board of Realtors® Salesperson of the Year.
My goal as a REALTOR® is to make buying or selling your home a positive experience for you and your family. I answer my phone 7 days a week so that my availability matches yours.
Give me a call to assist you with buying or selling your home.

My name is Ethan Jordan, and I am the newest member of the Dennis Jordan & Associates team. I proudly served in the Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator, which was an incredibly humbling experience where I could truly say that I was surrounded by the smartest people I’ve ever met. This fast paced training program and Naval specialty field instilled a sense of accountability, focus, and responsibility for the safety and lives of my team. As a real estate salesperson, my job is to remove the stress from my client’s home-buying process. With the combined expertise in our office, we will make the complexities of real estate look routine and simple. For me, long term success in the field of real estate means building a reputation based on integrity and positive outcomes. My commitment is to always act ethically and efficiently in the best interests of my clients, while never forgetting that this is a life-changing event for most home buyers and sellers. My family moved to Columbia, Missouri in 2006 and I grew up as the son of a dedicated and successful REALTOR®. After receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Navy, I absolutely knew that becoming a REALTOR® in the family business was what I wanted to do and be a part of. I am humbled to join the team of Dennis Jordan & Associates at House of Brokers and confident in my ability to improve the quality of our team’s services in this dynamic industry. After serving my country, I stand ready to serve our Mid-Missouri community.
Our Story
The Jordan Family
In 2006, I moved to Missouri with my wife, Mary, and our four sons after serving over eight years in the U.S. Navy. We chose to move to Columbia to be closer to Mary's family, but quickly discovered a rich heritage that connected us with the community- my ancestors, the Jewell family. William Jewell was an activist and former Mayor of Columbia and helped reform and improve much of the city, paving streets and building hospitals, churches, and schools across Columbia & Missouri, supporting the University of Missouri and what is now Stephen's College, and eventually founding William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. These centuries-old roots have inspired me even further to continue my family's legacy and support my Columbia community- one that I am so grateful to be a part of.
Though we love Columbia, we were missing a major part of our lives that we left behind in Maine- goats! When moving halfway across the country, Mary had to give up her Nigerian Dwarf Goat farm- but in 2018, we were able to start anew. American Jewell Farm was formed, and now Mary, the boys, and I love spending time with our ever-growing dairy goat herd. We love helping people in our full-time jobs - I as a REALTOR® and Mary as a nurse manager at the local VA hospital- and then coming home to care for our many goats as well. We are so thankful to the Columbia community that has welcomed us, and are so fulfilled to be able to give back to this wonderful city and all of it's people.
As two proud veterans of the United States Navy, Ethan and I are proud to have served our country, and to now serve our community.
